Leader who shows love, concern, care for the country

Again, among the top 5 government officials in the country, PRRD is the unanimous choice of voters for the leader who shows love (78%), concern (74%), and care (77%) for the country. Projects that help the poor in various aspects is seen as the greatest way a president expressed love for the country – most resonant in Region 2 and the least resonant in Region 1.

A president that is selfless and performs his/her sworn duties for the country’s improvement is seen as the greatest expression by a president of his concern for the country. Looking after his/countrymen in need and looking after him/herself, managing the interest of the country, managing his/her conduct are the respondents’ description of a caring president. This is more pronounced in Regions 2 and 4A, in contrast to opinions of those from CAR and Region 5.

Solidarity of Leaders and Citizens

Majority of Balance Luzon voters would be content with a simple and comfortable life, but said that they want to be better equipped in terms of jobs, education and healthcare. Prioritization differs across regions. It was noted that North Luzon aspires for a better national economy which will in turn direct to aiding the poor, uplifting the economy, suppressing crime and corruption in terms of how best the President and the government can solve those issues in order to realize the future the respondents want to have in life.
